Our Mission:
To continue our 14 yr. tradition of serving our customers with the best possible service, price, and professional advice about which vacation is right for them. And to maximize the dollar value of the vacation.
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday 9 am to 6 PM (Pacific Time)
Saturday - 12 noon to 3 PM (Pacific Time)
Telephone hours are quite extended, and someone is always answering the phone on all days (not past 7 PM on any day)
Company History:
Founded in 1987 by our CEO Tony Srivastava M.B.A, out of his sheer passion to travel. He wanted to work in export/ import so he could get to travel but those were not the right destinations. Then he had no choice but to start his own agency, and the rest is history. Tony went on to visit more than 200 destinations, over 60 countries and 40 cruises.
We are appointed by ARC and endorsed by IATA. We are also registered as a "Seller of Travel" with the Sate of California and are Members of the Travel Consumer Restitution Board that ensures each ticket up to $15K.
Automation Systems:
We use real time booking tools like Sabre, Cruise Director and other reservations tools of our suppliers like Apple Vacations, Mark Travel Group, Super Clubs, Club Med, Vacation.com etc. You can reach us by fax, telephone and e-mail and we will respond ASAP.
Customer Service:
We go the extra mile, let’s say after you bought your vacation (not good on airfares) and we find a lower price we tell you and give you the refund. Our cancellation policies are quite liberal and "Our customers are always right".
