With the plethora of travel websites available these days, why should you use a full-service travel agency like Pioneer Travel Service? First of all, you need to understand that you will NOT pay a dime more using a travel agency than purchasing your trip through an online outlet. What we offer you is years of experience. We have been there and done that, or know somebody that has. Regular interaction with our clients and other travel agents as well as our own trips allows us to be as current as possible on hotels, resorts, airports and all kinds of details that you may not know when you book your trip.
For example, you can book your airline reservations online very easily. When we book your flight, we book directly with the airline and then call to verify that the reservation and seats are actually in the system to be sure you cannot be bumped or lose your seat for any reason.
